Our pricing aligns with the current National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) rate, which is the standard for private therapy services:

Initial Consult

A face-to-face or telehealth appointment to gain insight into your family & child’s background, including their strengths, challenges, and relevant medical history.

Routines-Based Interview

As part of our Early Intervention services, an RBI is a structured conversation designed to explore your family & child’s daily routines, identify strengths, challenges, and highlight family priorities (approximately 90 minutes).

Observation & Assessment + Ongoing Intervention

A 45 – 60 minute face-to-face session + 15 minutes of notes/preparation conducted in the home, childcare, school or community setting.

*As our services are mobile, we follow the NDIS Pricing Guidelines for travel of up to 30 minutes per session.

  • At AdaptEd Minds, we offer a variety of services to support children and their families. These include home visits, child-care, school and community settings. Our Key Workers provide Early Intervention support for children under 7 and their caregivers. For school-aged children, our Developmental Facilitators focus on building skills that enhance participation in school, community, and home settings.

  • You can book an appointment by contacting us directly through our website or by phone. We offer flexible scheduling options to suit your needs, including face-to-face, telehealth, home and daycare/school visits.

  • Yes, we provide services that are covered by NDIS. If you are an NDIS participant, please let us know so we can ensure that our services are billed appropriately and in line with NDIS guidelines. 

  • At AdaptEd Minds, our team is made up of experienced education specialists and allied health professionals, all committed to delivering high-quality, individualized support. We adhere to the standards set by our professional registrations and regularly update our practices with the latest research and feedback from families and clients to ensure continuous improvement.

  • While we offer both home visits and telehealth sessions for flexibility and convenience, some services may be more effective in person. Depending on the type of support required, we’ll work with you to determine the most suitable option for your needs.

  • During the initial consult, we will complete a comprehensive questionnaire to gain insight into your child’s background, including their strengths, challenges, and relevant medical history. This allows us to develop a personalised plan tailored to support your child’s specific goals.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible, and we’ll do our best to find a suitable alternative. Details about cancellations and rescheduling are outlined in your service agreement.
